Our Business History
From Iowa's E.S. Enterprises to Fort Collins' Swab Concrete
E.S. Enterprises started in 2001 as a Border Magic Concrete curbing franchisee. We found out that concrete flatwork was more alluring and did not renew our agreement with Border Magic. Our focus turned to outdoor maintenance work, mostly doing replacement concrete in parking lots, along with line striping and snow removal.
Our specialty became finding solutions for drainage problems, trip hazards, and quick turnaround for repairs, which keeps Swab Concrete busy doing the jobs most concrete contractors take little interest in.
About your concrete contractor: Eric Swab
In 2010, Eric Swab moved to Fort Collins from Davenport, Iowa with his family. He holds a degrees in business administration and Computer Aided Design. He's a licensed concrete contractor and is passionate about the work he performs, always seeing each job through to a successful ending and a satisfied customer.
